28th Vattenfall HALF MARATHON Berlin, April 6th, 2008

Dear Skaters,

For people who love to move, the best start into the spring is often taken on wheels – traditionally at the Vattenfall BERLIN HALF MARATHON.

On April 6th, 2007, the waiting will have an end. Approximately 2,000 skaters, both amateur and professional, will take on the 21.0975 km course of the 27th edition of the Berlin Half Marathon leading past the Brandenburg Gate, Siegessäule (Victory Column), Charlottenburg Palace, and numerous other Berlin sights.

For ambitious skaters, it is one of the fastest half marathon courses in Germany and a chance to see where they rank, and for the many skaters out just for fun, it is a great experience with lots of likeminded skaters.

Tips and trends for the new skating season can be discovered at the BERLIN VITAL Expo on the days before the half marathon. The closing party on Sunday night will give the unforgettable weekend a worthy end.

We would like to wish all of the inline skaters lots of fun and success at the 28th Vattenfall Berlin Half Marathon.
